Yoga


Come and enjoy a good stretch with a sequence of yoga poses that includes standing, sitting, twisting, and floor work.

The basic postures are practiced to build strength and stamina that help build a firm foundation of health and well-being.

When:

Tuesday Evenings  7:45pm to 9:15pm


For:

Mixed ability class for all levels of fitness


Cost:

£8 per session or £40 for a 6 week block booking
