We offer training in traditional Shotokan Karate from a fully qualified internationally recognised Dan Grade team headed by 7th Dan Kevin Thurlow-Criss Our training is self-defence based and is aimed at improving skills, fitness, balance, coordination, self-confidence and self-discipline. All ages and abilities are welcome. We offer 2 free classes to new members after which membership would be required.

 

When:

Every Wednesday, classes between 6:15pm to 8:45pm

Saturday between 12noon to 1:30pm
