JDV FITNESS: Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates - a low impact Pilates session aimed at increasing muscle strength and flexibility, restoring posture, improving breathing and circulation. Pilates uses a focussed approach to improve core strength, lengthen and strengthen the spine, promoting better balance and body awareness.

Fridays 9.30am to 10.30am
​
Cost:
£12 per session drop in, £60 for a block of 6 sessions
​
For:
Suitable for anyone over 16 years
