Family Tree nursery provides daycare for children aged 3 months to 5 years from 7:30am until 6:30pm all year round (apart from Christmas week!). We accept funding for 2 year olds and 3 year olds as well as Childcare ouchers and other government schemes.

As well as a large outdoor space, spacious childcare rooms and an on-site kitchen and chef, we also have a Forest School which is led by a qualified teacher.

Our Forest School offers children opportunities to achieve and develop confidence, curiosity, creativity, communication skills, empathy, self-esteem and knowledge of natural habitat through hands on learning in a natural environment.

We encourage outdoor learning sessions where children are allowed to take supervised risks and know certain boundaries for themselves. Our forest school activities include but not limited to:

• Nature Exploration
• Natural Crafts
• Building tents and dens
• Use of tolls for different purposes
• Games
• Imaginative Play
• Scavenger Hunts
