Introduction to Anger Management (8 to 11 years or 12 to 16 years)

Feeling angry is part of being human. It is a natural response to being attached, deceived, disappointed or frustrated. It is ok to feel angry (everyone does at times) and anger can be useful when we know how to manage it well. However, it can also be frightening. Anger becomes a problem when it harms you or the people around you and can cause depression, anxiety, sleeping problems and eating disorders.

As with all our workshops this can be done as a one to one session allowing the young person the freedom and safety to explore issues and their own anger management on a personal level.

Introduction to Behaviour Awareness (8 to 11 years or 12 to 16 years)

Young people will learn to be aware of their behaviour and how it impacts on other people.

Team Building and Leadership (8 to 11 years or 12 to 16 years)

Young people will explore why it is important to be able to work as a member of a team and identify their own role within a team. The young people will work as part of a team to complete team tasks.
