Boxercise & Bodyblast


Learn the sweet science of boxing for all levels from absolute beginners to advanced! Why not come and get a sweat up whilst doing boxing drills, burning calories and learning the techniques of boxing whilst having fun. Your instructor Paul will be a professional champion boxer who has experience from amateur all the way up to professional English title level. 

Body Blast:

Fast, functional and fat burning interval training using equipment such as weights, power wave, kettle bells and most of your own body weight. If you want to feel good, get fit and get the heart rate up to gain fitness and tone your body then this is the class for you! 


Thursdays: 6:15pm Boxercise 

Saturday: 9:45am Body Blast 

Saturday: 10:45am Boxercise  



If you do both classes on a Saturday it is just £8! 

If you bring a friend then they come for free for the first time!
